Complaint’s policy
At Love and Lashes, we aim to ensure that we are giving the best service and experience across all aspects of our business, whether this is an in salon appointment, a training course, or through our product sales.
However we do understand that at times, we may get things wrong and we will always want to be the first to hear about this so that we can see what we can do to rectify things for you.

If your complaint is to do with your lash service, we ask that all complaints are reported within 24 hours of your service being received and we will look into this asap. Please note we will need to see pictures pf your lashes if you are unhappy so that we can make a decision about how best to proceed with trying to put things right .
